The UofL Physicians MyChart Patient Portal is for patients who have been seen in a UofL Physicians provider's office and is used by many of our outpatient services.
The MyHealthNow patient portal is for patients who have been seen at one of the following facilities:

When will I be able to access my information in MyChart?
You may now request access to the UofL Physicians MyChart patient portal. However, your information may not show up until the provider has had a chance to review your information with you.
Is this confidential?
We’ve taken extra steps to ensure your health information remains confidential. Your records are safe from unauthorized access because our patient portals are password-protected and information is delivered via an encrypted connection.
Who has access?
- Patients 18 and older
- Parents of minor children
- Legal guardians (legal documentation is required)
- Emancipated minors (patients younger than 18 who are legally married, living apart from parents or those who have borne or fathered a child.)
