This mobile cancer screening will be offered at the Cruzin for Cancer event.

- All insurance will be filed with UofL Hospital.
- Proper ID and Insurance Card are required.
- Financial assistance is offered for uninsured patients who qualify.
- All COVID guidelines will be followed.
If you have tested positive for COVID or been in contact with someone testing positive for COVID, you are not eligible on the day of the screening.
