Stroke and Caregiver Celebration Day 2025

Are you survivor of a stroke or have a family member caring for a stroke survivor? We would love to recognize you at our Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Celebration on Thursday, Oct. 9 at the University of Louisville Conference Center at Shelby Campus.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., dinner is at 6:00 p.m., and the program starts at 6:30 p.m.
You can participate by sharing your story with us and submitting your picture that will be displayed on a slide show at the event.
