Join us for this CV/Stroke Symposium by the Department of Neurosurgery on Aug. 10, 2024.
Cerebrovascular disease remains one of the leading causes of death in the U.S. Stroke is most commonly associated with cerebrovascular disease, but other conditions include aneurysms, vascular dementia and subarachnoid hemorrhage. Rapid identification and treatment of these diseases can not only be lifesaving but also minimize disability. Technological advances, including artificial intelligence and bypass surgery, have made great strides in identifying and treating cerebrovascular diseases. This seminar will discuss updates in the care and treatments of these diseases.
