This is why we have implemented the Beyond Exceptional Expectations (BEE) and DAISY awards in our organization to recognize our professionals for all the hard work they do every day.
The DAISY Award is a nationwide program that rewards excellence in nursing. It was created by the DAISY Foundation to recognize the clinical skills, extraordinary compassion and care exhibited by nurses. The award is given quarterly to outstanding registered nurses in hospitals throughout the world.
The BEE award was established to recognize non-nurse staff members who help to support the care and advocacy of patients and work to create an overall great experience within our facilities.
