Community outreach and support groups
Join one of our monthly support groups for caregivers and survivors. Our support groups are designed to provide a place for you to build a supportive network for sharing common experiences. Sessions are led by a Frazier Rehab Brain Injury Program team member. Support groups include:
Frazier Rehab Aphasia Support Group
8-week sessions held in Spring and Fall, Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Community Fitness & Wellness Center
The Community Fitness & Wellness Center is located at Frazier Rehab Institute. Individuals with disabilities can join this program to improve cardiovascular/aerobic fitness, muscular strengthening and flexibility. The Community Fitness & Wellness Center is staffed by exercise science professionals and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Scholarships are available to support the membership fees for patients with reduced ability to pay.
