The UofL Health – Pharmacy online refill system allows you to create a secure account where you can place prescription refill orders.
Ordering refills online
The first digit of your prescription number corresponds to one of our three pharmacies. Each pharmacy has its own order refill page where you’ll login to request a refill.

If you need to refill multiple prescriptions and they begin with different numbers, you’ll need to log in to each pharmacy individually.
