Hospital-based clinics are similar to traditional outpatient practices and often you may not realize the difference, however, the operations are run through the hospital.
Hospital-based clinics, such as our Multi-Specialty Clinic location, allows us to offer additional services such as access to a social worker, dietitian and expanded pharmacy support. This means you will receive additional support through your diagnosis and an improved patient experience due to the services conveniently located within the clinic.
Our hospital-based clinics utilize the MyHealthNow patient portal, though some items will still be available in MyChart. To learn more, visit UofLHealth.org/Patient-Portal.
Note that bills from hospital services at these clinics will come from "UofL Health" while bills from the provider may come from "UofL Health – UofL Physicians."
