Hello, my name is Roo! I’m a spunky boxer lab mix. I’m the first-ever in-house facility therapy dog here at UofL Health – UofL Hospital housed under the Trauma Institute. I love giving a helping paw to patients and their families to aid in their healing process both physically and mentally. I hope to be able to give lots of love and support to all the wonderful UofL Hospital patients, staff and first responders as well!We do our best daily to see everyone that reaches out to us; however, sometimes Roo does need a break throughout the day. If we don’t get to see you that day, we will do our best to see you the following day.
