The traumatic injury support group is held on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern time and is hosted by your trauma social work team. Participation can be in-person or virtually. The support group is a safe place for survivors (and their loved ones) to come and connect no matter where a person is in their recovery process.
Location: 550 S. Jackson St., Louisville, KY 40202. Basement level in the Glass Room, located just past the cafeteria.
