LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The more than 1,700 employees of Bullitt County Public Schools are now backed by the expertise of UofL Health, as a partner in occupational health. The school board approved the agreement at its meeting on July 27th, 2020.

From the UofL Physician – Primary Care Associates office at Cedar Grove, APRN’s Abby Devine and Wendy McCarty will lead the care for BCPS employees in the case of any workplace injury. In addition, the office will provide substance screenings, new hire exams and exams for employees requiring KY Department of Transportation certification.

“Teachers, support staff and all school employees are an essential part of raising families in a healthy community,” said Barbara Kempf, UofL Physicians practice manager. “We are proud to partner with Bullitt County Public Schools and especially proud to serve the community we work and live in.”
