Hello my visit at uofl sports medicine urgent care with Ms.Mudd P.A. Was awful disrespectful unkind and uncaring and rude to say the least. I have been coming here for over two years and this experience has made reconsider my care of choice. I tried reaching out to Kimmie the office manager she was out my call was transferred to Dutchman Lane office manager I shared my concerns with her and as of today 09.03.23 no one has followed back up with me, Ms.Mudd could use a coaching on racism and prejudices if she's not either I would be surprised the way she spoke with me, entered the room with the needle and cortisone was ready to inject my knee while I sat in guest the chair I had to ask her to get on the bed and let my leg relax, she insisted on injected me in a area where I bruise easily and have less effectiveness of cortisone I tried to share these concerns with her she became aggreviated she never looked asked me any questions it was like oh you here for a shot you know the routine let's get it over I asked for and X-ray of left ankle she wouldn't do that she was rude and mad and from what I gathered I never want to see her again poor care.

I had great care at the Sports Urgent care with Mrs. Mudd, PA-C. I've already recommended the clinic to friends.

My provider was attentive and listened to my input discussing my care. She took her time and was thorough explaining options/choices! She was excellent as was all the staff at this location.

She, the Doctor was very good and I was very appreciative of her and her care for me!

As long as I had appointments in the morning I was always out of there within 45 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Shirley was great and always answered my questions and got me back to work when I was ready.

Everyone there is very helpful. Alex's exceptional.

This was my first visit with Alex Mudd but I would definitely return to more visits if needed. She is fantastic and I enjoyed meeting with her.

My visit was reliant on another medical facility not associated with UofL Physicians to provide a CT scan taken of my injury. They had not done so. It was finally provided after I called the other facility to prompt them to do so. In a very short time, UofL called me with the information I needed to know.

They kinda just pushed me out I felt unheard and not helped she asked a question and left and I'm still waiting on the call for the MRI she requested

Very knowledgeable, answered questions, took time to explain, needs to show down with explanation. I'm a medical person so I followed but could see how others would be confused

The provider was very attentive to my concerns and answered to the best of her knowledge

Alex is knowledgeable and wants to eliminate the hip/leg/knee pain I'm experiencing. She did a great job.

It was my 2nd visit at this office seeing PA MUDD? I BELIEVE that's her last name. VERY NICE LADY. I still have problems with raising my right arm and now whe. Doing so I get a very strong cramp in my Bi-cept. Also when using my left arm those cramps are happening also.. Laying down, sitting down, I am able to move my right arm I any direction without pain or discomfort. Standing and try to use my rt arm, to say , hang a picture I can't and there is pain and cramps in my whole rt arm. I've done exercises with bands, ropestrying to get more use out of my rt arm. Sometimes my hands cramp up so bad I can't write my name or fill out reports at work. I would like to see Dr. Russell at the Bluegrass Ave office. ASAP #Wellcare Thank you for your time

It was a great office visit my provider answer all my questions the other ladies on the desks were very friendly and knowledgeable I left with a smile on my face even thou I had knee surgery 2 weeks prior and was in pain.
