The phone system is a joke. I received multiple calls, even more texts, and several emails after confirming the appt that I made myself. This didn't happen before becoming UofL. This is a problem and is a nuisance. It makes me not want to answer when I see the number come up because I know it will be followed by 5-6 more calls. Why even confirm if there will be more? Why preregister for an appt and fill everything out online if you get to the appt and you ask for everything again? It is a lot of repetitive steps on your alls end!!!!
