Dr. Vinh is a GREAT Dr. I did my research before deciding I wanted him. He is very thorough explaining everything, so you understand it. If I had any questions, he made sure I understood the answer. Very good beside manners. I will send anyone who need an ENT surgeon to him.

Dr. Vinh was great! He listened to me, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and explained it to me clearly using language that I could understand. He told me what I could do to aid my healing as well as prescribing appropriate medication. He was very professional but also very human and caring.

Resident was suppose to numb the inside of my nose to use probe. I was not numb when procedure done. It was uncomfortable to feel the probe. I shouldn't have been able to feel it.
