Hannah was the most; she mesmerized me!

Audiologist, Hannah Borton, is great. Offers answers to questions by email that are not urgent. Answers usually within 24 hours. Great service since I have serious issues using a phone.

Doctor was very helpful and provided information I was not aware of. Solved all the issues.

Dr Borton is a wonderful audiologist. I had a hearing test and hearing aids prescribed by her. She explains everything and answers my questions. The student that was with her was wonderful as well. She is learning from the best! I am so happy to have them. They have helped me to regain my sense of hearing! I know that I can count on Dr Borton to answer my questions and help me with issues I may have with my hearing aids. I really appreciate her!

Hannah was one of the best audiologists that I have seen. She enunciated words very well to ensure that I could understand her.

The receptionists in this office are exceptional. Probably the best office staff I have ever encountered in a physicians office.

All she said was have patience didn't put me in sound booth to check hearing couldn't fix phone to connect to instrument was a waste of time and money

Had fitting for hearing aids. All very complete.

So much of this doesn't apply. She's an audiologist. I'm not sure I could be any less happy with my experiences. I'd be happy to speak with anyone other than her about my them. "I was surprised you took the hearing aids. Your hearing isn't that bad." I took them because you said I needed them, and they didn't work (constantly fell out without being touched, wouldn't hold a charge, and muffled sound more than amplified It). I will never seek services at this practice again. Never.

I was very pleased with the whole team. And hope to be happy with the hearing aids ordered. The one thing I would have liked was to be offered not only the one chosen hearing aid, but the top two choices so that I could have compared the two top choices and had an input into the final decision. It isn't that I doubted them, only that I would have appreciated making a comparison.

Was referred to Dr Barton's office for testing due to an illness from long COVID and they took the time to explain the results and were very professional without making you feel like they were rushing through to get to the next patient
