Henry B. Sadlo, M.D., is an assistant professor of cardiovascular medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and practices with UofL Physicians – Cardiovascular Medicine. For the first 24 years of his career he focused mainly on treating patients with heart disease who come in through a hospital emergency room. Now, instead of patching up what’s already broken, Dr. Sadlo has shifted his mission to preventing the disease and doing screenings to catch it early.Education & Training

Dr. Sadlo is always personable, knowledgeable, humorous and professional in every way during appointments. He is matter-of-fact in his delivery which is what I expect. I am pleased he is my Cardiologist. During my 8-17-23 appointment, an EKG was done with normal results and a non-contrast CT Scan was ordered on 8-23-2023 to rule out any "hidden" heart pathology since my last appointment 17 months ago.

I appreciate very much that Dr. Sadlo promotes the Coronary Calcium Scan. My husband having one saved his life because the main artery to the heart was 90/95% blocked and he had no symptoms and mine showed a serious lung condition I had no idea I had.
