He was very courteous about the issues my daughter was experiencing and empathized with how long she had been dealing with it, they were very reassuring about the needed procedure and very upfront about the possible timeline for completing the care needed as well as the steps that will be taken following the procedure. Great experience with each stage of the care process during this visit.
