Justin Chu, M.D., is originally from Dayton and did all of his education in Ohio, including undergraduate and medical school. He moved to Louisville for Med-Peds residency training and completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine with UofL. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.Education & Training

"I pursued internal medicine and pediatrics because I enjoy taking care of patients of all age groups and backgrounds. I enjoy taking care of all athletes and experience levels, not only diagnosing and treating acute injuries, but also focusing on injury prevention. My goal as a provider is to help patients meet their own personal goals and be proud of the life they're living."

Physician (Justin Choo, MD) was friendly and professional. This visit was to establish care with a new provider. We are very happy with our visit. He was very attentive and asked appropriate questions with my condition. Started me on a regimen that will hopefully help. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely keep him as our new provider. His staff was also great.
