Outstanding office. Dr Gardner has quickly become my favorite physician I've ever had. The facility is clean, friendly & very professional. I'd recommend anyone to this location. My wife feels the exact same about the staff & office. Being military family, we've had numerous primary care providers thru TRICARE. UofL Eminence has been the best..by far.

When making an appointment with the Eminence, Ky. Office, we need to speak directly with that office for a appointment rather than through a U of L appointment scheduler in Louisville. Our local office are familiar with us and can readily respond to our health needs for an appointment. We are very pleased with the care we receive from Dr. Gardner.
