GREAT SERVICE AND I APPRECIATE THAT

This appt was made months for bloodwork. I, was sick and couldn't get in for 3 months. I was told to go to Immediate Care Center. She is the worse Doctor I have ever seen, this made my second visit. She never sends in my prescriptions, I always have to call to remind. That is a hassle, when I run out of meds. I am trying to find a new provider, just recently moved to Louisville. Thank you for listening! I don't understand having a provider if you always have to go to Immediate Care.

Just would like to say that I appreciate the fact that Kimberly Dale really does pay attention to and answers any questions I have. I like that she is concerned about her patients. I have been told several times that I was just anemia, but she notice tests that were concerning and sent me to a blood specialist, who said, it's not as simple and anemia and is helping me work to a good healthy level with my blood issues.

Great service

I like that Dr. Dale wasn't judgmental. I have a really hard time with this particular procedure and I feel inadequate because they hurt so much I'm always on the verge of tears, and I'm never sure if that's everyone's experience or if I just have a super low tolerance. I like that she makes me feel like a person, whereas I didn't feel that way at Women's First.

Dr. Dale and the entire staff that I interacted with at her office (from receptionist to medical assistant) were all extremely friendly, kind, helpful and made my experience a great one. This was my first appointment with Dr. Dale. I was establishing care, and I was impressed by the short wait time, her attention to me and the time she spent going over things with me and making sure all of my questions/concerns were adequately addressed.

Service was great

Kim has a very soothing voice and manner. She always makes me feel understood and cared for.

Arrived at the office at 3:35 was told I could not be seen because I was late for an appointment. Explain that my appointment is not until 340. With the confusion, they decided that I was correct. When checked into a room, nursing assistant seem very confused as to why I was there told her it was a follow up from two major surgeries. Had to look into my Files to see the procedures I had done. When Kimberly Dale walked into the room, had to explain the whole situation again and told her that I was also there to remove my staples. She was surprised by that and said that she didn't even know if they had staple remover at the office. Did not have an additional bandaged put on my wound. Felt like I was being rushed out of the office. Did not get a chance to ask any of my questions from follow up from the surgery. Will be looking for a new physician
