I am a big fan of my provider, Dr. Rawal. She is polite and courteous and very professional. You can tell that she has a passion for her craft.

Dr Rawal is professional yet personable. She listens well, explains fact so they're easily understood, and makes a workable plan to move forward in as positive a manner as is currently possible for her patient.

Dr Rawal was excellent (informed, professional, respectful), but I had to wait a long time in the room, and I felt like maybe the appointment was more rushed than it might have been as a result. Overall it was very good though.

During my very first visit with Dr. Malika Rawal she informed me that Empty Sella Syndrome is of no health concern as this medical condition will cause no harm to my health. I reiterated that Empty Sella Syndrome is a fairly new prognosis in the medical community and that there is much research to be done to before that statement could be confirmed. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and that all my concerns about current changes with my Health example: losing and bald spots of my hair needed to be address with Neurologist. She also reordered my 24 hour urine test because the results were invalid because the Lab office gave me a cup to capture urine instead of toliet hat and she told me not to hold my urine in the refrigerator for 6 months as that would be my next appointment. Just to make myself clear I did not pay a $36.00 co-pay plus insurance coverage for someone to speak down to me or treat me as I'm a waste of time or to incompetent to treat my Health care needs with the respect I deserve!
