The reason I wasn't contacted about bloodwork is because I can clearly see where my results fall within the norms in MyChart. She only contacts me if there is a concern. Dr. Townsend did a fantastic job of putting back together my mouth after Dr. Bumpus tore it apart! Dr. Bumpus was great and please extend my congratulations on his appointment to Dean!

Dr Townsend is awesome, very professional. Did my surgeries and followed up and kept track of my progress, during and after both surgeries. This Doctor is awesome.

My visit was a telephone consultation to inform me of results from a swallow test. Very clear explanation.

My concern was the first time I met her was with a group of physicians. The dentist, radiologist n another doctor besides Dr. Townsend. The radiologist n dentist never shut up n I really wanted to talk with her. It was very difficult to get an answer when they all were pitching in their two cents. I really liked Dr. Townsend but I was never prepared for the cancer growing n going into my soft palate but I feel she didn't have a chance to go into that possibility. I do want to recommend her nurse Tabitha!! Anytime I texted her throu My Chart about a question she always responded within the same day. Even if she was unable to talk with Dr. Townsend she would text me back that she would talk with the Dr the next day n get back with me then concerning a certain question. I would definitely go back to Dr. Townsend but I can do without the dentist I got bc he doesn't listen to what I say.
