I am a professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and director of the Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) at the Department of OB/GYN & Women’s Health at the University of Louisville. I am an internationally recognized leader in MIGS. I have published five textbooks, 53 peer-reviewed articles, 75 abstracts, 37 book chapters and 35 educational videos. I have been a demanded speaker at conferences and courses and have performed numerous live tele-surgeries worldwide. I have educated 20 MIGS fellows and 28 years of OB/GYN residents. I have served as a member of the Board of Trustees of American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and in 2009 I served as its President. I have also served as the fellowship Board Director for Minimally Invasive Gynecology in 2011. I am currently serving as President of the International Society of Gynecologic Laparoscopy.Education & Training
