Saad Hasan, M.D.

Saad Hasan, M.D., is a neurologist with UofL Physicians – Neurology, a part of the UofL Health – Brain & Spine Institute, and the stroke medical director for UofL Health – Jewish Hospital. He is also an assistant professor and director of the Neurology Clerkship Program within the Department of Neurology at University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Hasan’s areas of interest include cardioembolic stroke, Esus/cryptogenic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, stroke, stroke in the young, general neurology and vascular neurology. Dr. Hasan received his M.B.B.S. from Dow University of Health Sciences (Sindh Medical College) in Karachi, Pakistan in 2013. He completed his residency in neurology at University of Buffalo in 2021 and his fellowship in vascular neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess/Harvard Medical School in 2022.
