Sarah Hayden, LPAT-S

Sarah Hayden, LPAT-S, has over 15 years experience working as a licensed mental health therapist in a variety of settings, including inpatient, residential, home and school based and outpatient treatment programs. She has worked with adults affected by substance use and/or co-occurring mental health issues for the past several years. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities in practice, including MI, CBT, ACT, psychoeducation, art therapy and EMDR.
