Shiela Rhoads, M.D. is a board-certified gastroenterologist specializing in all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy with special interest in women’s issues, general gastroenterology, Barrett’s Esophagus and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). A graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Dr. Rhoads did her fellowship training at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich. She has been practicing gastroenterology medicine in the Louisville area since 2007.

I didn't have to ask a lot of questions. She explained with out me having to. She took time with me and reassured me of my concerns. She made me feel like she genuinely cared even tho I am old. Also her staff were very kind and supportive. So many staff make you feel old and that your feelings don't matter, but her and staff were excellent.

I only go to doctors that truly listen u can always tell if there listening to you or not that's y I go back if there rud I will change doctors in heart beat .if I can't talk to my doctor and know they really r listening to me or just blowing me off makes big difference .I need to know that there there for me .or I can't trust them
