Dr Payne showed sympathy for my having been recently diagnosed with liver cancer. He was very friendly and showed genuine compassion toward me. He checked my wounded ankle and said it would heal up okay and that I would not need to take antibiotics because of It.

When I was concerned about my feet, did not take the time to even look at my feet just referred me for tests. When concerned about muscle spasms did not take the time to check out location of spasms, just referred me for MRI since PT wasn't helping.

I love this provider because everyone there is friendly and I never have a wait. My previous provider was a 2 hour wait and I hated it. This doctor is almost always on time and yet makes you feel like the only patient there. I do not know how they do it, but they do. And there office is busy with people. Other doctors need to learn patient care from them.
