She (Tracy Fitzpatrick) was fully present in the moment, as if I was the most important person in the world at that moment. She cared about me and the challenges I faced. Not rushed for time, went out of her way to coordinate scheduling with others in her office. Best medical interaction/experience I have had in recent memory.
