This was my first visit with Dr. Shutt. It concerned a condition I have seen two other ENTs for in the past 2years for with little success. Dr. Shutt has suggested some other options which have shown some early improvement. I will continue following his suggestions and I am confident I will see improvement.

I would highly recommend this doctor (Travis Shutt) to anyone needing an ENT. I will not be needing continuing care from him, and I am almost sorry because he is such a good physician. Should any other issues with my health arise that would require going to an ENT I will feel confident and at ease scheduling an appointment with him and his office staff.

I was so appreciative to Dr. Shutt. I have been having some hearing issues for a few years and I have had many different doctors and treatments that have been unfruitful. He was able to listen and make excellent observations and suggestions that helped me so much. It has helped to relieve my anxieties and help me choose the next path for treatment for my hearing issues

U of L Health has taken over the practice that I have been going to for many years. I am very unhappy wit the call center . When you call the office you have to go through a call center as opposed to being able to call directly into the office. I feel that this is cold & clinical and has taken away from the relationship that you build over the years with the staff. Relationship is important in all aspects of life and especially with your health care providers, and this feels like we are calling customer service center. I am still working through these changes and trying to decide if this is what I am willing to accept in my health care team, This is not a reflection on Dr. Shutt, or his staff he and they are wonderful.

Dr. Travis Shutt did an exceptional job examining Eli and talking with Eli and his father. We were very pleased!

My visit with Dr Shutt was great. He listened to all of my concerns and checked me thoroughly. A few hours after arriving back home I received a call from his office that surgery had been scheduled. After he found out I had been struggling with sinus problems at night he issued a prescription to get me off of Afrin that I have been taking nightly for roughly 25 years. As of today it's been one week since seeing him, I am off the Afrin and am breathing easier. I am extremely pleased with the attention I received and thus far, the outcome. I am looking forward to having the surgery to alleviate the rest of my problems. I feel very fortunate at having met Dr Shutt, he's one of the good ones.

I loved the doctors and nurses everyone did a awesome job and showed so much love I really appreciate it you guys are doing a good job keep it up !

Even though I had been diagnosed with M?nire's disease for almost four years and was there for my six month check up Dr. Shutt doubted that I had Meniere's. At first he didn't have all of my records and even wanted to discuss surgical procedures before really getting to know me or my disease. He stated "I am a surgeon ". So, I panicked at first, then I told him that I had two auditory exams, that my symptoms vary from day to day and season to season. I told him surgery is not necessary at this time. So after finding all of my records he agreed that I truly do have M?nire's disease. This was my first visit with him since my previous doctor retired. I felt he needed to get to know me and my diagnosis before surgery was even brought up. I see him again in six months so I'll see how that goes.

I love this practice and now with the merge with U of L , I feel the same way. The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating and I was very pleased that they were still a pert of the merging. If the staff had not been kept on I probably would have sought a new ENT elsewhere. I really liked Dr. Shutt, he listened and spent time with me and helped with my condition.

Dr. SCHUTT IS QUALITY. He provides good feedback, good listening skills and mindful thought out plan for me. He is a breath of fresh air and his staff is high level too. I endorse his practice, team and staff. Thank you.

The receptionist and Dr Strutt was very nice, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. If I need them in the future I hope they will be available.

Dr. Travis is very passionate doctor, listens well, answers questions and let's you know all your options! One if not the best Dr.'s I am seeing.

Very nice dr easy to talk to he was very concerned about what I had going on. I was impressed I got an app for my wife which is having surgery 7 /5/2023 with dr brian williams he contacted dr williams while we were there about her surgery we were so impressed and greatfull.

The doctor listened to me, and referred me to take a hearing exam..them see him immediately afterward.

I'm grateful that Dr.Travis find time to see me on the day that my ear pain was worst. Initially I was given an appointment after 6 weeks. But Dr. Travis consider my situation and understands that I am really in pain. Thank you so much Dr. Travis.
