The Phoenix Society is the leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people impacted by burn injuries. Burn survivor toolkit and other resources available online. Virtual support includes an online support group, Facebook page, peer support chat, and links to the podcast Girls with Grafts.

Trauma Survivors Network

The Trauma Survivors Network (TSN) is a community of patients and families who are looking to connect with one another and rebuild their lives after a traumatic injury. Joining this community can help build support and provide resources. They also offer NextSteps, an online class for trauma survivors.

UofL Health Trauma Support Group

The trauma support group is held on the second Wednesday of the month from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time and is hosted by your trauma social work team. Participation can be in-person or virtually. The trauma support group is a safe place for survivors (and their loved ones) to come and connect no matter where a person is in their recovery process.
