Services and Fees
Movement Analysis Session
Price: $60
A movement analysis is a comprehensive evaluation of your body’s functional movement to identify deficiencies and instabilities, but also see areas where you are moving well. Once all the information is collected, a personalized home program will be given and/or emailed to you, addressing the dysfunctional movement patterns to help your performance and decrease the chances of injury.
A follow-up evaluation is recommended roughly four weeks later to check the movement patterns, note gains that have been made, deficiencies that may still exist and progress corrective exercises as needed.

In this 60-minute session, clients will receive:
- Selective functional movement assessment
- Functional movement screen
- Y-balance testing (upper and lower body)
- Hip/pelvic analysis
- Shoulder screening
- Core/glute strength analysis
- Ankle mobility test
- Personalized home corrective program
Movement Correctives Session
Price: $45
Movement Analysis or Return-to-Play Analysis required; one to two times per week is recommended
A session of movement correctives encompasses a variety of exercises and treatments addressing the different weaknesses and dysfunctional movement patterns keeping you from being your best. We can fix deficient movements through the functional movement screen exercises, total motion release therapy and various other corrective measures. Scar tissue that has built up over the years of muscles being broken down and repaired can be addressed with soft tissue mobilization therapy, allowing for more flexibility and muscle function. Once the muscles are working properly and moving well, we can strengthen them with blood flow restriction therapy, which stimulates a growth hormone response.
What’s Included
In this 45-minute session, clients will receive:
- Functional movement screen corrective exercises
- Total motion release therapy
- Soft tissue mobilization therapy (active massage, scraping and cupping)
- Blood flow restriction therapy (two times per week for two or more weeks for optimal results)
- Core and hip stability/strengthening
- General strengthening and flexibility deficiencies
- Kinesio tape

DARI Motion Capture Session
Price: $60
DARI is an FDA-approved motion capture platform, and UofL Health – Sports Medicine is the only provider in the area to have this technology! It is a system that uses eight cameras without markers, creating a virtual skeleton to analyze movement. DARI is a dynamic system that assesses mobility, balance, motion age and sport readiness such as weight shifting imbalances, force and jump height. This state-of-the-art system objectively identifies where you are moving well but also shows deficiencies where improvements can be made. Once all the movements are complete, our sports medicine providers will analyze the results and create a corrective program addressing any deficiencies. This session takes approximately 60 minutes.
Return-to-Play Analysis
Price: $90
Have you had a recent injury and have gotten or are seeking full clearance by a provider but are not sure if you are ready for the requirements needed for your sport? Our return-to-play analysis will look at all of this in a comprehensive process using a variety of assessments and tests. We want to help minimize the chance of a re-injury by returning to your sport too soon and possibly help prevent a new one.
After the session, we will review all the results and will provide you with recommendations and a return-to-play fitness plan, if needed. A follow-up evaluation is recommended roughly four weeks later to check the movement patterns, note gains that have been made, deficiencies that may still exist and progress corrective exercises as needed.
