UofL Health – Frazier Rehab Institute’s Community Fitness and Wellness gym is now open. Located on the ground floor of Medical Plaza II, 250 E. Liberty Street. Our team provides rehabilitation services through a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient programs for adults and children with disabling conditions, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and movement disorders.
