I was very impressed by the level of care I received from Mary Edith Hill. In fact, it was one of the most positive experiences I've had with a healthcare provider. She was extremely patient with me as I described my concerns. She was intentional about making me feel comfortable and heard. She explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner, and she was extremely helpful outlining everything I needed to do moving forward. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Mary Hill is always a caring and competent provider.

This was a visit to establish care with Mary Hill. The medical records that came up for me were not mine, but maybe from someone with a similar name. For example, it showed that I had undergone open heart surgery, and I have never had a heart issue. Mary Hill helped me start using MyChart and has been responsive with her messages to help me and the medical records people correct these mistakes.

Mary Hill is excellent. I left her practice couple of years ago to be closer to Jeffersonville. Then I decided I got better care with Mary Hill and came back.

Provider was verbose, confusing at times, talked in circles. Clear and precise would have been more helpful

During my visit an office staff pharmacist talked to me about getting access to a prescription related to the medical condition I was being seen for. This was very helpful and she went above and beyond in my opinion.

Provider did not fell engaged at all. Was very blunt and and non attentive to the concern I had for her from the previous visit. Disregarded my concern and told wished me luck in the future with another provider. Did not try to correct the issue and rushed through the appointment. Made me feel less than a patient with a health concern and more so Not happy or proud as a fellow UofL employee. It concerns me that if she treats UofL employees the way she treat me that day and the previous visit, that she's treating non-employees worse. She basically told me I didn't have time to go over my three concerns and said I had to pick one and the rest would need to be addreessed at an urgent care. This is very concerning and alarming as I have referred several people/employees to this office specifically to this provider.

Mary Hill is a compassionate, competent provider. She is a gem.
