This was my first visit with thisPractice. My primary care referred me . I got a phone call from the office stating that the doctor was running behind due to a surgery taking longer than expected . I was instructed to come thirty minutes earlier than my appt time which I thought was odd since they told me the doctor was running behind . I assumed then that they must know something I don't . I was again told the doctor was running behind 30-45 minutes. I was taken to a room after giving a urine sample because I could no longer hold my bladder as needed . I was then placed in a room to wait . I waited over 2.5 hours . This was not acceptable! My appt should have been rescheduled if the doctor was that far behind . The doctor apologized but the wait time was too excessive for me to care at that point .

This visit was for an axionics trial. There is no sensation at all with the trial

I had a very long wait undressed until doctor came into the exam room. She did apologize

I expressed concern about reaching someone via phone during the month of May. The receptionist gave me a card with the phone numbers . The Physician and the individual who took my vital signs each also gave me a card with phone numbers to ensure that I would reach someone who could help me. I appreciated their thoughtfulness .They also reinforced calling if I had questions and/ concerns about my health.

I enjoyed my visit just donot like having to drive to Louisville to see any Doctor but will when necessary.. I was sent an antibiotic but not told why .
