Dr. Allen & her staff are very friendly & efficient. She always explains my issue for seeing her & take the time to address any questions or concerns I have.

This provider and all the staff are awesome. I just wish we didn't have to go through a calling service to get in touch with them for appointments or general questions. This is the only problem with UofL health care where I'm concerned.

As always Dr Allen was perfect. She offered great advice on why and what to do about my issue. While the reason for the visit was not critical she understood that it was important to me. I appreciate that respect.

I was in pain but didn't know what was causing it, yet Dr. Allen did not order any test for me because of insurance purposes is what I was told. Gave me a prescription for muscle spasms and pain. I was trying to keep from going to ER yet I still had to to get answers. Trying to save me money and insurance company money.

I have recommended this practice to several friends and family!! They are courteous, professional and always are very supportive in dealing with my medical issues as well as my son who sees Dr. Massey!

Dr. Allen is fantastic. She's always up to date with my medical issues, and takes time to listen and ask those important questions.

She has gotten back with me in as little as five minutes of asking her a question about my health or my medications. I am so glad that my wife and I have her as our doctor. Dr. Allen is a God sent.
