Recipe: Fire and Ice Salsa


  • 3 cups chopped and seeded watermelon
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon green onion
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper


  • Combine ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Cover
  • Refrigerate for one or more hour(s)
