Thyroid problems

According to the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists an estimated 15 million Americans have undiagnosed thyroid problems. The American Thyroid Association says that your thyroid gland (a small, butterfly-shaped gland located in the base of the neck just below the Adam’s apple) produces thyroid hormones which help the body use energy, stay warm and keep the brain, heart, muscles, and other organs working normally.”
