What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from life-altering events. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Applicants must hold an active Kentucky RN license and BLS certification, with a preference for those with a BSN or a willingness to pursue one.

2024 Highlights

  • A celebration was held to mark the 70th anniversary of Frazier Rehab Institute, the 50th anniversary of the UofL PM&R program and the 10th anniversary of the EMERGE Brain Injury program
  • Received an anonymous donation of $6 million to expand services to spinal cord patients, including a new van for patient outings, scholarships for medical equipment and wellness, and construction began on a new Assistive Technology Center
  • The Louisville Bats Baseball hosted the Frazier Rehab team and patients for a Brain Injury Awareness night and Darryl Kaelin, M.D. threw out the first pitch • Patients and leaders cut the ribbon on the new Center for Advanced NeuroRehab
  • Frazier Rehab - Hand Therapy launched in the spring of 2024 adding four specialized outpatient clinic locations
  • Construction began on the new Kosair for Kids Frazier Rehab pediatric rehab clinic at UofL Health – Mary & Elizabeth Hospital
