OneHealth Plan, a medical health plan option for employers in the greater Louisville, KY market provides comprehensive access to UofL Health medical expertise and services, while helping employers improve health costs.
The plan is anchored by UofL Health providers, services and facilities including: UofL Hospital, Jewish Hospital, Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, Shelbyville Hospital, Frazier Rehabilitation Institute, Peace Hospital, South Hospital and Medical Centers East, Northeast, Southend and Southwest. The plan is also supported by over 700 UofL Physicians providers at more than 150 physician practice locations.
Occupational health services including pre-employment physicals, work injury care, drug screens and DOT physicals are available to area employers/employees at UofL Health’s new Urgent Care Plus locations located in Jefferson and Bullitt counties including:

On-site occupational health/primary clinics can be established to provide primary care, and if needed, immediate access to next-level care at UofL Health acute care and outpatient locations including seven area emergency departments and 20+ Frazier Rehab outpatient rehabilitation facilities.
