When you see the good that the money you raise for our various UofL Health hospitals does, you wish that you could raise even more. The need is real! It is easy to make the “ask” when you believe in what you do!

Mary Anne has worked in philanthropy for health care foundations in Louisville for 28 years. When she first moved to Louisville in 1994, she began working for UofL Health – Mary & Elizabeth Hospital Foundation thus beginning her career in philanthropy. She is still inspired when she sees all the good that can result from her fundraising efforts. She feels strongly that raising money to continue the latest medical research, technology, health care and education should happen wherever and whenever people receive care. She received an associate of applied science and a certificate of technology in management development in Houston, Texas in 1986. Fun Fact: She and her late husband got married in Room 319 at Mary & Elizabeth Hospital! Why Her Teammates Love Her: Her unfailing (and contagious) good humor and kind heart.
