Stroke survivor and caregiver support groups now offered in Louisville and Campbellsville

Stroke care doesn’t end when you leave UofL Hospital, or even when you leave Louisville. UofL Hospital – Comprehensive Stroke Center is proud to announce that they are now hosting a stroke survivor and caregiver support groups in Louisville and Campbellsville. These FREE support groups are open to stroke survivors and their caregivers and are held at public libraries once a month.

“We know that many stroke survivors and their caregivers experience a range of emotions as they adjust back to normal daily activities,” stated Carrie Crockett, CSW. “The support groups allow participants to talk openly with others who share similar experiences.”
