Before I saw the Dr I was told I would need to pat deductible. When leaving I was charged what they thought would be my amount owed after insurance, not a deductible. Ended up being more than I should have paid. Now I have to try and get the difference refunded to me.

I have been going to this office for many years and would not go anywhere else. The staff and doctors are dedicated with many of them being there a long time. This makes me feel good as a patient. They have added new doctors recently which tells me that UofL recognizes the need in this area. Keep up the good work!

Overall it was a pleasant visit. She reviewed my dexa scan and ordered X-rays for the pain I am having. X-ray machine was not working properly on the day I was there. Had to return after the weekend to have X-rays done. Got my results from my visit and labs on My Chart. No results from X-rays yet.

I was very impressed with the quality of care received from Angelia Jackson. She was caring, compassionate and sincerely listened to me. She even did a follow-up call on a holiday! I truly felt she was concerned for me not only as a patient- but as a person. She is an exceptional representative of the practice and I feel fortunate to have her in the South end of Louisville where it is often difficult to find and receive medical services.
