The waiting area was the most crowded I've seen. Receptionist did explain the situation why there were so many patients. I understood and sympathized. Receptionists acted with the utmost professionalism but seemed a bit harried.

I normally complete the survey 90% of the time. I do that because it says on the 1st page that your survey is confidential. Well it isn't and I don't appreciate being told it is when you are going to provide to to the parties involved. On this particular visit, I was assigned to a new Dr. That Dr. Happened to be the WORST Dr. I have ever seen in my collection of my medical history. This particular visit lasted about 2 minutes and the only time the Dr. Saw my face was when they opened the door and called me back. I watched their back as they led me to their office. I watched their back when my medical history was updated in the computer. I watched their back when I was told, see you in 3 months. This lasted approximately 2 minutes in its entirety. The survey states the purpose of the survey is so you can see how you're doing and how to improve your service. If the survey is going to be given to the Dr. Why state the survey is confidential? On my following visit, the Dr started by letting me know why her back is to me. I felt my confidentially was violated, therefore, I will never complete another survey for UL again!Nothing changed between the 1st visit, and any following visit. They all lasted about 2 minutes. I still saw nothing but their back. I completed the survey, and no improvement occurred.

I have been seeing Dr. Brian Casey for several years. He continues to try to find a solution to what appears to be untreatable depression. Hr is knowledgeable and explains medical issues in language that o understand. I appreciate him and the fact that he hasn't given up to find the right medicine to help me. He's top notch in my books.
