I am originally from Southwestern Ohio, and I just moved to the area after completing my Family Medicine Residency in New Orleans. After doing a year of Emergency Medicine, I did not feel like I was doing enough to help my community and missed having relationships with patients, so I switched to Family Medicine.

Dr. Chapman was as professional as they come. He did not assume problems that do not exist and he recognized my check-up was an opportunity for me to determine my current state of health. I like having Dr. Chapman in your health care orbit.

The experience with the provider was great letting him know what was going on with my health. I had some blood work drawn that day of the visit. On my chart everything came back pretty good of the results. The new doctor is trying to get my medical records from my old doctors office. Still haven't heard anything from that I guess it takes time. But other then that the visit went great and the doctor that I have now does a really great job understanding and going over everything.
