Dr. Wallace is a wonderful listener. He is genuinely concerned about my list of talking points I prepare before my appointment. I love how everything is entered in My Chart so that I can ponder my test or x-ray results before I see him. I was very impressed and pleased when he called me himself to discuss my x-ray results.
