I travel over an hour each way so Erika can continue my diabetic care. She is hands down my very favorite provider that I have ever had in my 60 year life. I don't have enough space in this comment section to explain the great care I receive from her. Top notch medical provider.

This was a terrible experience, I will never be back to this doctors office. I left the office in tears after being told nothing was wrong with me, even though I was feeling absolutely terrible. The doctor made me feel like I was lying about my illness and I left after an hour and a half there with no answers and still feeling so sick. I left the office and went to the Kroger little clinic that diagnosed me with strep immediately and got me an antibiotic. My visit to uofl primary care was a waste of time and money, I will never be back!!

The machines were down and I could not make my payment to them. I hope they can get that fixed!The doctors office is always very nice, each and every one of them and appreciated.There were a few snags in my fmla paperwork but it is completed. And the doctor explained that even with my pain level I could be fired if I don't show up to work regardless of it. She is very nice to explain that portion of the rules. Hopefully they get the staff they need too! They have been very busy! Thank you for all that you do!

My provider, Erica Wooldridge answers every question I have and is genuine in her care with me as her patient. She is the best. Her nurses are also very kind and knowledgeable.The front desk staff is also kind and somewhat knowledgeable but as I am in the waiting room, I do sometimes hear them talking about the patient they had previously helped, in a negative way. Very unprofessional and rude.
