Gina Laughlin, APRN

I trust my Gina Laughlin, I moved 20 miles away from her office around three years ago, but I still drive 20 miles to see her for all my appointments.

I have been seeing Gina Laughlin for many years as my health care provider. She is kind and competent. I appreciate that I can trust her as I am getting older.

Gina is great! I love seeing her; she is very understanding and helpful, I feel very at ease with her.

Called office 10/6 UTI told me I could see Gina 10/24 or go to urgent care??? Very hard to see her since she moved to new office. Worked me in after 5 days Bactrim no help. The office very dirty. Exam room had part of countertop missing exposing wood. Bathroom filthy. Urine on floor. Gina cannot see her regular patients bc other docs pushing their overflow of patients onto her. I know you don't care but I will have to change docs if this continues. I really like Gina but office situation is absolutely awful.

Receptionist when I called back about medicine, could have been a little more nicer, for a patient that was in pain.

I use the mychart app to communicate with my health care team. It's easy to send messages, ask questions and share my vaccinations.

The woman who draws blood in the lab is by far the BEST to do so I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Drawing blood is no fun for anyone but she makes it as painless and quick as possible.

First my PCP's office was moved up on Dixie Highway. Not pleased. Then when I entered the building looking for suite 100 door is NOT marked with the number. When I entered I had to ask if it was the correct number. Then I was told to check in "over there" the the woman pointed No signage to even clue me in on this. Waited 10-15 minutes after my appointment time to get in a room, then another 10 to see my provider. Was to get lab work done after my appointment was over. Peed in a cup and waited another 10-15 minutes. People were being called into the lab before me that came after me. When I said something they told me it was a different provider and a different lab person. That particular lab person was carrying on long conversations with each person that she was sticking. By this time I've been there about an hour and 45 minutes. I had to leave and waited in line to check out just to be told I needed to check out at different window because of different provider. This office is so confusing because it's separating each provider and their staff. But it's a ULH office. I left without getting my labs drawn and told "my" checkout person that I'll probably will not be back. Oh and to inform you I work for ULH as a registered nurse. Totally unacceptable to run an office in this regard. I love Gina Laughlin and would recommend anyone to her. But I will not recommend this office to anyone! You lost my business.

I think there very nice people

As always, I feel very comfortable with my treating physician, answering all my questions, and her explaining things to me in detail. The other staff members are very respectful and kind.

I like dr. Gina is very good and patient what her clients I would like to see my own doctor

Traci Edwards is my normal physician and she is excellent! Gina Laughlin is the nurse practitioner and she is excellent as well! I trust them both with my care and love them as good people too!
