This was my first visit with Dr Jamaal Richie, and he exceed my expectations. I've been looking for a primary care doctor for a while now and I think I've made a decision after this visit.

Only experience I didn't like was the offi e charged me a large deductible and the insurance said I may get the difference back. I wish I could've been warned or explained too better. Regardless I'm happy with my new Dr. Richie.

I have been to this location prior to Dr. Richie getting here. Since he and his team have come I've seen an improvement. Always positive attitude. There are some star players that I'd like to mention who are always kind when I come in. Not to just me but ever one who comes in. Dr. Richie extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Listens to patients concerns along with coming up with a medical plan to address these medical issues. Bedside manners were beyond great. Definitely a outstanding physician a this time. I pray he will incorporate self care into his life bc burn out is real as he cares for all different types of people and their health care. Again, Dr. Richie seems to have a genuine compassion to want to make a difference in making sure people ( patients) feel safe in discussion of their medical situations. Not being a pill advocate I really liked the fact the provider had told me that he was going to see it any of my meds could be removed and still achieve the same results.

Dr. J, Richie is an excellent doctor I trust him and I referred my daughter to him. I will continue to visit him for as long as he is in practice.

For my first visit to Dr Richard it was very soothing calm. He listened when I talk. He spent time talk to me about all of my medications. I look forward to our second visit.

Sometimes I might ask questions about anything but overall me being a patient at the facility the doctor or nurse sometimes have to have more professional skills in listening it's the biggest professional liability that you can find in the health industry just don't show devilish Acts cuz it's most the majority of the HIPAA law Amen but I like there credibility
