Dr. Jatczak was absolutely amazing. His bedside manner was great, and he was very knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions and concerns I had without making me feel silly for asking. He was very honest and professional and listened to what I was saying.

The visit was pleasant, no complaints related to my care. The only issue I can think of is that it took a while to get an appointment. Meaning that, from the time I saw my primary care doctor, to the time it took for the referral office to call me and then for the appointment to actually occur was too long. This is not a reflection whatsoever on provider or provider's staff, everyone was great!

Physicians very knowledgeable and kind

I found a girl medical student very nice who helps the doctor in charge to enter information into the computer, since she tried very hard to speak and understand my language since I speak Spanish. That seemed very important to me, because that way he could understand what I really meant. We definitely need more people like her, who are willing to learn Spanish to help those of us who can't speak English.
