Dr. Carter is a true professional physician, he impressed me with the knowledge and current status of my health care and always follow up on recommendations presented to me from the last visit. He listens and gives me his professional opinion and advice. Dr. Carter is the blueprint for all health care providers, I wished he was my physician across all healthcare systems.
